I don't think this is true. as far as I'm aware, SIG will only replace the striker if it broke. if it didn't break and you sent it in, SIG will send it right back.

Just like Glock, Springfield and Smith and Wesson have experienced, SIG also had some teething issues with the P365. Any P365 manufactured in June of 2018 or later has the updates built in. Any P365 made before then can be returned to have the updates applied.

If you have a pre June 2018 pistol that exhibits the issues then you can contact SIG. Send the pistol in and if they determine there are problems it will be fixed. As far as sending a pistol in that has no issues then you are correct. I doubt they will repair or replace anything.
