what muzzle device and can?
I think you have to try it with can off, and maybe even muzzle device off.
I agree. No can and no brake have to be my next steps.

Yes they have a 5” 1:5 barrel. Unfortunately, I was on a time crunch and didn’t have time to go through my normal experiments like shooting w/o the can or trying different ammo.
I don't own a suppressor - how long does it take to unscrew the can to shoot a few rounds?
Not long once it has cooled down, but takes a little while to cool off enough to handle it.I don't own a suppressor - how long does it take to unscrew the can to shoot a few rounds?
If it is going sideways at 25 you probably have baffle strikes.
How far you shooting down your hall way 25 yards lol.?.Hello everyone,
I bought a Sig Rattler for a bed side gun last year and held off sighting it in until now because I thought ammo would loosen up a little. I was wrong for the most part.
Regardless, I took it to the range, put 20rds in the mag and at 25yds it had serious stability issues. Shots 1-4 were good. 5-7 began to show signs. 8-9 were sideways in the paper. 10-13 showed signs of destabilizing. 14-17 were better. 18 was almost as sideways as 8-9 and 19 was perfect.
I have no signs of a baffle strike.
I was shooting 220gr Sig Subsonic ammo. I’m not a fan of Sig ammo but is it possible there would be that much velocity variance in the same box to be causing stability issues?
Just seeking some thoughts and wisdom.
The set up is:
Sig Rattler in 300blk
Sandman-S can
