Silencer Buying Facts from SemperFi Arms

The trust is notarized once, sometime after it is created, but before you send it to the ATF with your Form. If it isn't signed & notarized, it isn't a complete legal document. "Schedule A"s don't typically have to be notarized.
 
I believe the laws just changed on this. Cherokee Gun said that there is no more CLEO option and now EVERY primary person on your trust must submit fingerprints, passport photos, and go thru background check. New process could take 9 months!

Fixed it for you. This is all driven by 41F legislation that went into effect on July 13. And you are correct, there are new forms to be used now, without the CLEO signoff portion.
