Single man traveling abroad

Santorini.

Monaco.

Venice.

Took a day excursion from Paris to the Normandy invasion beaches. Loved that trip.

Octoberfest is coming up - how about Munich? Buddy of mine went and had the time of his life.
Oktoberfest is always an option next year. I plan on starting my travels in January in Mexico and Santa Domingo. Hit up Asian summer.

I don’t even plan on hooking up. I’m not the most attative dude out there so I got that going for me! Ha
The US Dollar makes many a man attractive. Don’t be afraid to sample some foreign ladies. I suggest bathing them first and hitting a Brazilian wax place if you’re in to butt stuff.

I have traveled alone to several places, but the only one on your list was Japan -- primarily Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, the trip that everyone does, and also Okinawa. Do go to Japan sometime. It's just about the favorite country of everyone I know who has visited.

Ireland and the UK are nice because of the shared history with the US and they're easy because everyone speaks English, but keep in mind they drive on the other side of the road (Japan, too). I'd also recommend Amsterdam / the Netherlands and Germany (especially Bavaria). Pretty much all of Western / Central Europe has enough English speakers that you won't have any problem with the language.

Even with the favorable exchange rate you’ll be shocked at how expensive Australia is, so good you’re staying with a mate there. What state/city is your friend in?
Maybe think about hiring a campervan to see NZ, really good way of doing it, and NZ is compact enough that 7 days doing that is plenty.
Have you thought about going to Bali while you’re over that way? I prefer Bali over Thailand, more chilled and the food is way better. If your mate is in WA or NT in Australia, it’s only a three hour flight from that side.
