ODT is always the slowest site I go to and sometimes I just give up. Yet other sites load quickly....no issues at all.

Not sure if on my end or ODT's. Getting allot of "Bad Gateway" messages, site is super slow, and now cannot use on cell as "Safari cannot open page because too may redirects occurred".

We all are getting site issues today and I am sure the proper people are working on it more than any of us know.
I as an admin am in the dark too cause we have the same issues as you getting the site to work as well.
They will get the site fixed I assure you, but give the Network Admins time to get these issues sorted.

Also every time we have an update there is a little growing pains associated with it.
This time is no exception.
