Don’t see many places serving sliced pork. I cook a Boston butt every now and then and leave in fridge overnight and slice on my slicer thin, makes great sandwiches.

I bet you can call nearly any BBQ joint you frequent and request it

I also know my BIL snags a loin or two from a local BBQ joint and he has a meat slicer at home to slice up lunch meat style.

He got it off of Amazon a while back and used it pretty often too!

I haven't eaten at a BBQ place that sliced pork since Stricklands BBQ in Commerce closed. Sure wish they were still open!

Getcha a nice long tenderloin from the warehouse club and smoke it yourself.
Less than 2 hours to scrumptiousness!!!!

Meat for days!
