I've had TWO of the Model 620's--Still have ONE--And I kinda' look at 'em as being a "Half-Lug" 686 Plus...With the Two-piece Barrel & Lock, of course...
I sold one in the last coupla' weeks, and still have the second--It is my "Walk The Dog" & "Carry Under Winter Clothing" Gun--I would--and DO--Trust MY Life to it several times a week...
I've shot the one I kept a fair amount, and I think the "Two-Piece Barrel" is a Non-Issue--as far as I can tell, my Model 620 shoots every bit as well as any of my Model 686's...
FWIW, I THINK that 50, mebbe' 100 years from now, the Model 620--and it's Fixed-Sight "Brother", the Model 619--WILL command a PREMIUM with Collectors, but...I don't think I'll be around when THAT happens!
BTW, I think the earlier Posters are "Spot-On" as far as Current VALUE goes...Hope this helps....mikey357
