Smoked sausage links

I’m calling these sausage burnt ends. Hot Italian sausage rubbed down with mustard and a rub. Smoked at 225 until they look good.

Now some BBQ sauce, rub, and brown sugar at 375deg.

Well, not great. Next time I think I’m trying with hot dogs. Italian sausage just doesn’t taste right with all the seasoning
