If you were closer, I'd be happy to do your transfers. I notify my customers as soon as UPS/FedEx pull out of the driveway. I try and go out of my way to make the customer happy. It's how I stay in business.

Second, dealt with people like this for years. Following UPS around and walk in asking for their guns. Hadn't even been logged into my bound book yet and they come in with their hands outstretched demanding their ****Yes, you are.
First, let me say as someone who has worked behind the counters at slow and busy FFL, I hate those that follow the tracking number. On the busy days, we could get double digits in transfers and incoming lines. Could take a few hours, even the next day.
If you're familiar with this FFL transfer policy and time lines, why would you "push a button" with them? That's just going to move you to the back of the list. You should have waited at least a day before contacting them.
Patience is something you need to learn, or open up your own FFL and then ship it straight to you!
Also, maybe look into a shop that will do same day transfer in your area. I know some would charge extra for speedy service.
