WRONG on the EO, but it will depend on exactly how he words what he signs. Can be disputed and possibly temporarily blocked by a Federal Judge . Either way he Knows it will take years in the Court system if it goes that far.
Executive Orders: .........Executive Orders do not require Congressional approval to take effect but they have the same legal weight as laws passed by Congress. The President's source of authority to issue Executive Orders can be found in the Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution which grants to the President the "executive Power." Section 3 of Article II further directs the President to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." To implement or execute the laws of the land, Presidents give direction and guidance to Executive Branch agencies and departments, often in the form of Executive Orders.....

Except he has 0 Constitutional power to issue an EO on this subject.

Can you still sell a gun going through an ffl? Saying i sell you a gun but we meet at an ffl and do paperwork or does that still count as myself being a "dealer" and need my own license?

I agree I would be interested in hearing his take on this, seeing as how this could have a major effect on HIS site. I see some big changes coming, not good ones though.
