The EO is pretty much symbolic and won't really effect private sales from me to you unless selling a shizzle ton of guns.
Some states require
Private sales to go through a dealer and background check, Georgia does not and that will still stand.
There are some provisions that medical information , especially
Mental health information, can be used to keep people from obtaining firearms.
I'm sure as time goes on more of the details will come out.
I'm not a lawyer and don't claim to know everything but this was the gist of what I heard yesterday.
Other than Obama making tons of false accusations about gun violence and acting like guns jump off of desks And shoot people by themselves only in America compared
To the rest of the world it was a bunch of hype
Most likely aimed , in my opinion, as a litmus test to see just how weak the republicans are and to see how they will respond if at all to this so that he may have an idea on how to proceed in his last year in office

The way I read the ATF guidance and their examples IF you do it often enough and do it quickly enough and make money then YES!
So if it's against Fed. law to grow & smoke weed but the state in which you reside says you can then what's the difference? If Ga. state law says you can sell (not for profit) & trade fire arms then what can the Feds do?
