So, whats your job?????

I do quality assurance on networking software, testing everything from database queries and web forms to GSM modems and email servers.

i'm a house-dad (by choice) and enjoying it... those house-moms that complain how hard it is to take care of the kids and household duties are just not competent. previously, i was a network admin at Disneyworld with awesome perks. but the school system was pretty crappy in FL and one of my sons has ADHD with aspergers (2 sons and 2 daughters). we moved to GA (4 years ago) for a private school that specialized in my son's condition. it worked out well. he's now integrated into public school.

when we had a double income family, i noticed that the kid's academics were dropping and the family bond seemed to start drifting away. i made the choice to leave an awesome job in an awesome location for the sake of my family with no regrets. obviously, our income has been reduced but we are much more happier.

the hardest part of being a house-dad is planning dinners because everyone has a different taste. i also find myself doing shopping according to what is on sale (buy one get one free deals at the grocery). now that one of my kids is soon to enter college, i'm doing some research on small business ventures (something my son can take over when he gets older, he's not college material).

cheers. I admit I would have a hard time with that job

Industrial designer....started off in the automotive segment designing cars and car interiors...clearly we all know what happened there....did product development consulting with a lot of major firms and large companies for a few years. I have products on the market in the medical field, home appliances, boats, automobile segment, tons of apparel, packaging, marketing collateral, printed items, and hold a few patents as well.

Now I do freelance product development on the side, graphic design, and full time work as a design engineer for the 3rd largest packaging company in the country. Designing bottles isnt the most glamorous thing but I'm thankful to be employed.

Here is a link to a very small sampler of some work I've done in the last few years...many of my best projects I can show because of confidentiality. www.coroflot.com/espartis

I play with puppies for a living ...been raising dogs all my life due to growing up around my parents kennel and then when i turned 17 i received my biology degree from south GA college and quickly noticed a college degree DOES NOT mean you will get out of college and have large checks thrown at you. I then bought some land set up my own kennel and became the youngest of only 6 USDA licensed kennel owners in the state of ga (as of 2008)breeding every thing from Chihuahuas to original bloodline German Doberman Pincshers.
