Where would you ride it?
Highland Park in and SORCS hare scrambles mainly.
Just got in from Big Bend National Park on the Tenere's maiden voyage. Rode 70 miles of dirt one day, and left out and iron butted it home the next. 1421 miles in 27+ hours blows.
No. There were 4 of us that went out, all who are local to the area. It was a treat for sure.
Yamaha XJ750 for the moment...if $ gets better ill have my cbr fixed. Always looking for peolle to ride with.
I always loved my 2 stroke dirt bikes but never owned a two stroke street bike. So when I went visit my family in Louisiana in January of this year, I found a 1984 Yamaha RZ350 that was raced, guy blew the motor and then parked it in a shed for ten years. I was going to fix it up, but seeing how much it was going to cost / time to get everything up and running I decided to part it out and find another 2 stroke street legal motorcycle to play around on.
Soooo, a couple of weeks ago looking through Craigslist, I found another motorcycle in Lafayette, Louisiana. This time, a 1977 Yamaha DT400 street legal dual sport. I sent my best friend in La some money and he picked it up for me. It's currently sitting in his shed until I get some time off to go down there to pick it up.

Should I leave it stock or customize it. Loud, smelly, two stroke using Klotz bean oil :-)
