I love Harley’s, I have three. But I wanted something with a more distinct look, and I’ve been drooling over them for years.

Doing something just for me, haven’t done that in about 35 years.
Dropped a deposit on it yesterday, gonna pick it up next week. View attachment 8622643

If that's the Boulevard M90, you'll like it for a long time. I have a couple friends with Boulevards. Seem to be good bikes

Yes, I have a couple friends that told me the same thing.
Vrods go 40-75+ miles with regular maintenance.
Seen where the M109s have been a few hundred thousand, that’s probably extreme, but I’ll probably never go over 100k this side of the clock.

I’ve always liked the look of those bikes. Wouldn’t mind having one myself. Enjoy it!

Oh, I wasn’t clear. I want to make 4-8 hour trips one way and have what I need to stay a few days or so.
So the little bikes are a no go.

They all have racks for bags both OEM and aftermarket. The SMT bags are standard

Did a couple hundred miles Saturday, 2 up on the K1200GT. Solid bike, and the lady liked the seating on the K more than the R.

Got to ride a new Rocket 3R a couple years ago, helping break in the 2023 North American demo and press fleet bikes... Its got gobs of power but its not full sportbike fast. It was a weird ride, because the numbers have you believing that its going to rip your arms off, but then it sorta just doesn't... The impressive part was how well such a big bike handled the curves. Keep in mind, its my first time on the bike on a 45 degree day on roads I have never ridden, but it held its own way better than a bike that size should. Overall, it was impressive.

I felt the tires slip a little at one point and went a little wide, but for the most part it held a line well. Would have helped to not have gravel and mud on the road, but it was what we had to work on that day.

My buddy just picked up a new leftover 2023 Speed Triple 1200 RS... got to take it for a spin...

180hp at the crank, light, agile... this thing was an absolute blast and very comfortable...

I was looking at the Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro but found out it has to be taken to the dealer the turn off the service light. That’s kind of annoying to me especially since there’s no dealer anywhere near me. I do all my own maintenance by necessity. They’re not the only company that has this feature. Aprilia is another company that does this with their bikes. Right now I’m riding KTM, Kawasaki and Beta.

Aprilia is another company that does this with their bikes. Right now I’m riding KTM, Kawasaki and Beta.

Get a cheap Android phone, a bluetooth OBD convertor and the TuneECU app. You can resort service lights, run diagnostics, do complete remapping of the fuel, ignition and ride by wire tables, and so much more.
