So who all rides motorcycles?????

:thumb: congrats! Be careful. The first few hundred miles are different on a new bike(as if you didn't know:doh:).

Understatement. Going from a 250 that I ring it's neck and throw my leg out in the turns to a 1635 that I barely need any throttle to start moving forward. It will be different.

Alright well i just picked her up. Wow it's a change going from a 250 to a 100Ci bike. Just a little more power i think. Also my wife said there wasn't room for two bikes...ha!View attachment 494170 View attachment 494171
Just got mine back yesterday after the dealership having it for a month doing recall work . I'll be stopping by TS soon. Seriously. I will. Then we need to go ride. That bike looks amazing btw.

Well, since the question is... Who rides? I took the '08 Road Glide to Laconia a couple of weeks ago for the original BikeWeek.
Ran up to Syracuse, NY on Tuesday, met up with some friends on Wednesday and had a beautiful ride through the Adirondacks, over to Canterbury, NH.

Thursday we ran over to Kennebunkport, ME, said or hellos to the Bush's had lobster at the Arundel Wharf, and back to Canterbury.
Friday we ran up to Laconia, NH saw all the cluster **** that is normal for these kinds of meets.... and also, the local HAs had a 2002 Red Road King, just like my Rodney out front... Didn't feel the need to check the serial numbers... ;-) since I've already collected the insurance on him.

Saturday, spent the day at the pool drinking copious amounts of adult beverages.
Sunday, did an Iron Butt to get home.

Sounds like a good time and ride. Back in June me and the wife rode up to Madison Wisconsin to visit her family. On the way home we turned East just below Chicago out of Moline and headed to the East coast. Rode the coast all the way down to Savannah Ga. Spent the night on Tybee Island and rode home the next day. Had a ball,,,,,,,, the riding part if you know what I mean.

I've always like that ride, except between Hilton Head and Savannah (not much to see).... Tybee is a great little town. Used to live in Savannah, many years ago. Stay away on St Paddy's day... too many drunk idjits. :-)
