Wheel weight used to be about all you needed. Occasionally, you would need to add some Pb/Sn solder or type metal to get enough tin for good mold filling. Getting spent bullets from a range is also good, but the melt will almost always be too low in tin.
I found that sized bullets were always no more accurate and in most cases significantly less accurate than as-cast bullets, so I started to adjust the alloy if the as-cast bullets were to large (very rare). More lead equals heavier bullet and smaller OD. More type metal equals lighter bullet and larger OD.
