Sound mitigation buffer

Building a suppressed 300 blk out with a 7.5” barrel. Looking at these sound mitigation buffers and have questions. Anyone use these? Are they worth it? How do I choose the right buffer weight for my setup? Not sure if I’m gonna get one. I’m kinda nostalgic about the sound of the buffer spring in the tube. Let me know what experience you have with them.

Curious about this as well. Mainly wondering if I need to change buffer for it cycle properly, but quieter would be nice too.
