Free to anyone who wants to come and haul it away. It does have a cracked base that won’t hold water (cap missing as well). Don’t know if someone may be able to patch it and fill with sand. Otherwise, everything in good working order with adjustment mechanism intact with locking cross bolt.

It could be duct-taped, and filled with grout(cement) mix, for a permanent repair.
