I love you, man! But there is no way to figure out what a used Gun is valued at.
You can look all day trying to find what you think is a fair value and end up, digging in your ass and smelling your fingers!
Now, if it’s something somewhat new and you paid 350 for it, you know that you can possibly get 350 out of it!
But if it’s some of the old junk that I sell on here, that’s sold for 350 back in the 90s but now it sells for 2500. What are you to do Greg?
Value is whatever you can get for whatever it is that you’re trying to take advantage of someone on!

I am not talking about Colt Python's and the like. Just the regular old and new high production guns that aren't in that special bracket. Every day carry guns and hunting rifles that don't have a " does not apply clause " attached to them. I think most of us know the difference.

I don't know if you've been keeping up with the times or not but new gun sales are down and the projection is for a radical change in pricing on guns and ammo. So with that in mind, if you are selling a used handgun or rifle please do not price that gun above retail price. There's nothing special about your gun it is just another gun and it doesn't deserve to be sold at a higher price than retail. There are plenty of places on the internet that will give you a detailed description of the used value of your gun. Do not exceed this used price. It is just another gun and there are plenty more out there like it.

ODT has been a great place for me to trade and buy goods for almost 14 year however, whether it be newbie mistakes or honorary members just trying to take advantage of some poor sap that doesn't know the difference. So please just look up the used value of your gun on the internet and price it accordingly and remember gun sales are down and nobody is going to give you above retail on a used when new guns are not selling at the price they are. Especially so called " rare and custom builds AR-15's and AR-10's. Thank you and be well and be reasonable.
