Not sure if a joke... But almost reads
Traffic Violation
North Bound
Left Lane
Pv?
Fa?
Stationary = he was sitting stationary while running Radar/Lidar
Strictly guessing... Those are just officers notes to remind him if it goes to trial
Oh, and on another note, just a tip for everyone *****ing about speed traps: I know this sounds utterly ridiculous and all........ BUT, just a hint for the future ........ There are these big black and white signs that say "SPEED LIMIT" on them, then underneath that, there are usually two black digits.
Sometimes, there is even a big black & white sign BEFORE the speed limit sign that says: "REDUCED SPEED AHEAD"
Anyway, long story short, if you actually pay attention to what the **** you are doing behind the wheel, you'd be utterly amazed how you might not get stopped for speeding

In Cobb County they like to sit on Lake Acworth DR in between Allatoona and Lake Acworth (Sitting on the Lake Acworth side in the parking area).

The scariest car ride I had was with a safety officer driving the speed limit on I85.
I use the app Waze. Cops get reported as they are getting set up. Its awesome.

Thanks for the tip. I am glad you are so conscientious behind the wheel. I was driving to a unfamiliar town, heading for a business I am not familiar with. The signs you speak of are there along with 10,000 other signs along the 65 mile route that I drove. The road I was on is two lanes each way with a turn lane. There is no other indication that the speed limit is dropping at all... I understand the need for people to slow down when going through these little towns, but I think it is BS for the police to sit right after the lowered limit with a radar gun.
I know you were not referring to me specifically, but that is my story... I swear officer
