Spent primers????

I’m just curious what you guys do with your spent primers?

Recycle them. They are mostly brass. Scrap brass is worth between $1.50 to $2.00 a pound.

yes, if you have 50,000 primers you could get $1.50 for brass but gas like it is I would put in garbage

I have a 5 gallon bucket that has 3 inches of primers in it. It weighs 10.5 pounds. You won't get rich, but it's better than sending brass to the land fill.

Recycle them. Call around and find a recycler that will take them. I take mine to Monroe Recycling. Add them to any unusable cases. The weight ads up.

I take them and any other scrap to the recycle place.

99% of mine go in the trash. The other 1% cause my wife to yell obscenities at me from across the house when she steps on them while walking past the reloading bench.

I kept them in a coffee can just to sort of see how many loads I had loaded since I started. It was sort of cool but when we moved they went in the trash.
