It seems like most people don’t have any idea what SPM and TPM stand for. I get constant messages of peeps wanting stuff after it’s marked with these lazy abbreviations. Guess I need to stop being lazy...

U assume they can read.
I was thinking that people make offers because they know the seller won’t take it. Makes you feel good about safely offering. There’s nothing more painful than agreeing on a deal and then someone making a counter offer. Gotta pass every time.
If I make a deal and someone has given me their word I consider it sold so I "mark it as gone". If they prove to be pond scum and don't stick to their word then I just click on reopen listing. Saves a lot of hassle dealing with people who can't read.
Wrong. I have seen people make offers and try to get things even when it's SPELLED OUT and they can even see that the trade took place.
It's an old advertising trick. No talk, offers, action or nothing until you put SPM on it.
