Few thousand college age kids in costumes on the beach with gallon jugs of their beverage of choice.
Glynn County has enough police presence and medical personnel on hand to manage it well.
'Course, it's just a party atmosphere with the rare one-on-one drunken fistfight.
Went off well again this year.
Just, when the police break it up for the day, those kids look like a scene from "The Walking Dead", shuffling down the streets.

Looks like everyone is happy and having a good time...with dignity and respect. I even saw our flag (s😉) in the mix. I dig it.
Daughter's condo fronts on the beach next to the old Coast Guard station, which is the access for the party area. We usually walk down and mingle for awhile, just to marvel at the ingenuity of the costumes. Kids have always been polite and respectful of the adults that come down.
The Brunswick Daily Fishwrapper said police estimated the crowd at 8,000-9,0000.

Daughter, son-in-law, 12yo grandturd and friend packed up and headed home this morning.
We've already gone over and taken down the Halloween decorations so the cleaning people can get the house ready to rent again tomorrow.
