Yeah. You're probably right. Just weird that I didn't notice right away. Could have been that it was just to filthy to see it until I got all the gunk off.

What do ya think will happen if you don't use any peroxide? And how do YOU dispose of it?

Even without peroxide you still have lead acetate.

I do the whole process in old jars, seal the jars, and then take them to autoshops that have told me they can dispose of it with old car battery acid.

I think stores like advanced autoparts may do the same, but i dont know for sure.
