The fitting on the end of the cord that goes into the router is rather large and didn't want to drill a hole in the floor that big so I have it running in a window for the time being.

If you disconnect at the dish end (lift dish off the mount and gently pull and wiggle out), a 1/2 inch bit will work; otherwise, you need a much larger bit (1"+) for the router end connector. Start inside your house, at the router, and work your way back out to the dish.
