Not to get back on topic or anything, but am I right that bump stocks are illegal and now braces have to be registered as sbr’s, but binary’s still are completely legal? I’m asking seriously, please.

Also without having to go thru all the recent pages. Is the current status that it would be illegal by the 120 day rule right now to sell a braced pistol? That is not reg'd.

This might help clarify. I thought the ban was fully reversed after the Appeals Court struck it down. But it seems a few states have held onto it.

I think the wording at the link, above, means there are no state laws in Georgia against bump stocks. It says the federal ban is still in place, but that may be old info.
