There are few guys who do stippling where the price of the gun actually increases afterwards but none that I know of locally. Ben @ Boresight Solutions is one that is in such high demand with such a long wait list, that his guns that have been stippled often go for a premium. I have had guns done by him in the past and while he is good, I don't think is the best anymore. Fine Line Tactical, Battle C*ck Tactical and Weichel Armament are all stippling jobs that at the very least will not hurt your resale. Will you get out of it what you paid? That's a different story.
