Hmmmm... ok,well Why would you leave yourself out in the open like that with a Dr advancing on your hole? Thank God he hasn't already gotten a nurse to spread especially when you're in a locked room in a building with multiple floors or N.A's.. If you notice he's already "pitching a tent" then you need to run and get your hole to safety immediately!! Damn...

Speaking of, I worked with a guy years ago, he was deeply religious. Not a "thumper", but had firm beliefs. He was married to a bitch that would cut him off for weeks at a time. Because of his beliefs, he wouldn't rub one out (biiblical "spilling seed" and all) , so when he got backed up he'd go to his doctor. Said the doc would get him naked on his elbows and knees on the exam table, glove up, and massage his prostate 'til he blew his wad.
