This place was a community when I joined, thats what I liked about it. Now, its craigslist aswell. Hope it gets back to normal, you can inflate prices, per the just dont take peoples arms off!

Oh Lax, you start a thread, using scarcasm as a reason to stir up a controversy on pricing, have members post, then you post that apparently no one got the scarcasm. Geez Lax really? You got exactly what you wanted. I make a scarcastic comment back, and now you want me to "flesh out" my anger. I'm not angry Lax. It appears that your skin is a little thinner than it was. You have no problem starting controversy, but when called out, you want to lash out in anger. I don't need to "flesh out" anything with you. I just don't care that much. You started the thread and you don't like where it went. Wow, that is a shocker! A thread went off the rails on ODT! I am amazed that happened! (scarcasm) If you don't like how the thread goes, don't post threads that stir controversy, scarcastic or not.

I think you misunderstand sarcasm. It is one thing to bait someone into saying something that you want to criticize, it is another thing to be so hyperbolic (like saying an entire market should be shifted to my personal price point) to point out how silly another thread is. See it's called satire.
