stripped AR lowers on the south west side of Atlanta?

I'm thinking about putting together an AR for one of my brothers and was just wondering if stripped lowers can be found south of Atlanta, specifically around Newnan.
This is not a want to buy post, just curious if any local stores have them in stock normally in case I decide to be a good big brother.

Google gun stores Newnan. And start calling.... Should be easy to find.... But then you have to find all the rest of the parts... Or you can go to Tru Prep and get everything you need in one stop.....
