Stupid SKS question

I have heard older chinese SKS refered to Chi-Com's, are them and Norinco's one in the same. Just curious because all I have is Chinese marking with the 26and only thing in English is the importers info.

I'm pretty sure they're the same it's just short for chinese communist. Sounds like you got an arsenal 26. Is it marked poly Atlanta Ga For the importer?
