What are your favorite subsonic loads? Hopefully we can keep a running list in this thread if people are interested.

Caliber:
Powder:
Projectile:
FPS (if known):
Firearm:

I have nothing to contribute yet but have an octane 9 that will be here shortly and some 147gr on the way.

Pretty much any 9mm 147 grain loading. I use a medium fast powder like AA#5 to load my 9mm 124 grain loads subsonic. Refer to your loading manual/data and better if you have a chronograph to insure the speed.

I have used faster powders like Win 231 and AA #2 but the brass gets beat the heck up when shooting suppressed.

Pretty much any 230 grain .45 ACP loading.

What's subsonic out of a 4" barrel may not be out of a 6"-8" barrel or longer.

ROMILAYU...what kind of decibel level are you getting out of this combo?...looking into a SAKER since the wife has the 5.56 version already on her rifle...plan on running mine in a 10.5' pistol or SBR if i can muster the stamp cost...got an OAL and case length you prefer?

While I haven't metered any reloads, below is what I was getting with Summit 220gr factory loads out of my Leonidas.

As to case lengths, I keep them close to 1.368" give or take a .01" and then for OAL, I like to stay around 2.15"

In 9mm, I use the 160 gr RNL with just enough of AA#2 powder to work the action. Lee Factory Crimp die as some cases will bulge at the bottom a little.

Used this load in numerous pistols, carbines, and SMG with no problem.

4.1gr Unique with Xtreme 147gr RN works great in the m11/9 with lage max 11 mk2 and an octane 9 HD. Dirty though so wanting to try some titegroup
