Any 230 45 ACP but 4g of calys is the quietest

208 Amax with 11g of AA1680 or the 220 SMK with 11.2g of AA1680 for 300 blackout both 2.12 OAL

Not a load but CCI standard velocity 40g rn works great out of my pistols and 10/22 rifles with a sparrow
