Supreme Court Overrules Chevron Doctrine and now The ATF is screwed along with all federal agency's.

Well not any more. Chevron deference was the precedence that allowed them to do so.
The government is made up of a bunch of fungal lawyers writing laws and enforcing them where and when they choose. It's like telling a big dog allowed to attack anytime anywhere it ever wanted to stop now. That dogs a biter

So we should just sit back and accept our fate then? Do nothing? Last I looked the Supreme Court was one third of the Federal Government. They certainly seem to be on our side more and more lately. I will take the win. You can do what you like.

What did we do about it before ? Nothing except get online and vent our frustrations of the over-reach and criminal activities. You honestly believe they're going to stop ? There's no win to take, it's all a word salad.

I'm sure there will be 'test' cases... and I wouldn't be surprised if some of them had to go back up the food chain for clarification, just like we're seeing with Bruen in the 2A space.

That being said, getting rid of this Regan-era practice is a huge win that will pin back the ears of the executive branch going forward.

I did have to laugh at some of the articles I read this morning though.

Places like Politico complaining that Presidents wouldn't be able to make up new laws as they go to fix things like climate change and student loan debt. And complaining that Congress would get mired down in the details of new legislation instead of attending to big, important issues.

I try to stay informed and stay in touch with my "representatives" in both chambers of the Congress. It may not seem like much but it is something. It is more likely to have positive results than just getting online and venting frustrations.
