Sushi...you either love it or hate

Just tried the Sushi Shack in Blairsville. Tries the tuna roll, Rainbow roll and Blairsville roll. Nice presentation.
I never knew they had one! Standard supplies when I went after Yellow Fin, was Wasabi paste and Soy Sauce...I love Ahi raw with a dab of Wasabi paste and Soy..We used to attack the first one boated and ate until we hurt, while fishing for more..Oh now I have a yearning for some...

I have seen it before, but never stopped. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Located next to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and across from the Drug store/Gun Store near Walgreens.

Gross. Zattarains and only Zat's for boils. And note that's NOT the Tony's original "Creole Seasoning" It's the blue label "Spice n Herbs".
Try it. I promise you'll recognize Old Bay for the Yankee nonsense it is.
Never tried Tony's Spice & Herbs. Now I gotta find some!

I started eating kale in place of collards a few years ago. Significantly less prep time and I found I like the texture and flavor more. Chop them up, crush and mince a clove of garlic. Cover the pan in olive oil, medium heat and throw them in. Salt and cover them in about two cups of water and when the water cooks off, they're done. Add a big broiled Cod loin dusted with Old Bay....one of my families favorite meals.
Kale is good when cooked correctly. It just takes a truckload for two because it cooks down to just about nothing.

If that's by not eating dead fish, guilty!
I was a picky eater as a kid. Now I'm a slightly less picky eater as an adult.
Never eaten a salad in my life. But not hatin' those more in touch with their feminine side. :)

My professional hunter in South Africa liked to say "Salad? That's what my dinner eats!".
