OP, now that you have endured the requisite ODT thrashing , help us (or me) with your concern. Let's say the person IS a dealer. If they have all positive feedback, what is the issue?

Has no one heard of a fence? You know, someone buys and redistributes to other individuals for nefarious purposes? Does no one suspect such things?
