Sweet Vidalia onions?

We went and to the sweet onion festival in Vidalia in April and saw the Blue Angels. We picked up some onions while we were there. I like coring the onion, dropping in a beef bouillon cube and pat of butter, wrapping in foil, and bake in the oven. Good stuff.
