System Will Not Let Me Pay for $3 Premium Listing?

I've relisted my MG 34 several times here, with a Premium banner ad and also with the featured listing option. Never had a problem with the pay system until today. I relisted, then went into the relisted ad to click the premium ad ($3 for 3 days of a banner ad), but it did not go to the payment page when I "saved" the ad. The system worked fine moments before when I renewed my Mustang jacket listing and paid for the banner ad for it. Is there a limit to the number of times a listing can be a banner ad?

It worked, thanks. System glitch maybe causing the issue? I found a way to cycle through banner ads (to be able to see mine)--simply click the refresh page icon at the top left until the ad appears.

I am also having this problem. When I click on the “premium listing” button, it comes up with a display that shows what the ad will look like. I enter the information and click save but then nothing happens. This is on an Apple IP running the latest version of safari.
