Taurus=POS.

Well..sigh,Taurus has gotten me again(2twice)and this was the final time!!
I will never buy or trade or even own(I would melt it if you gave me one)a Taurus firearm..ever again.(period)

There,there it is,my product review,since both of the last 2 POS Taurus pistols I have owned have been total crap then I feel its fair to just call the company and all they now manufacture JUNK!!



Thanx..Hope this review helps those considering a firearm purchase..if you are foolish enough to buy one ..just save yourself some ammo and wasted time and throw it in the dumpster outside the store you bought it from.

The 1st deer I ever killed with a pistol was a Taurus .44 mag. like this one.

What model pistols are you talking about?

First one was a Taurus TCP 380..was a total bad experience..pistol would light strike the cartridge and fail to fire..(rack slide..kick out live round)
Trigger would not reset(rack slide..kick out another live round)..
3rd attempt..BANG!
Next try..click..nothing(rack out another live round)
Next try?..bang!!

Just a total experience in frustration and all pistol "Problems" Are very well documented and very common,several people have been thru 2-3 of these pistols(under warranty)..and still having same problems..



The event(s) today was with a pt22 Taurus(the little tip up barrel 22)
lite striking and non firing..take the cartridge out that had been tapped on twice(carefully remove it)and place it in my Ruger single six and they would fire every time...
the little POS would go Click..click..click..BANG!!..

JUNK!!..If anyone has one or both of these pistols I recommend they go SHOOT these pistols before trusting them to your life or the lives of those you love..
my wife had actually carried this little PT 22 POS on several trips to ATL and overnight hotel stays...and when today she went to shoot it at the range today ..all it would do was go click click click....She just looked at me?..as if to say..What if I had actually NEEDED this thing?..

I don't currently own any Taurus guns, but I would not say never to buying another one in the future.
