Taurus says my pistol is unsafe and I should send it in to trade up?

It probably is because it doesn't have a transfer bar. I wouldn't send it to them.

If I carry it loaded I leave the the chamber unloaded that is under the firing pin. Basically making it a 4 shot. Doesn't this take care of the issue of not having a transfer bar?
