I dont remember the exact case number but try to find the two guys from Kansas who built their own after they passed similar legislation. Short version is, the state hid in the closest while the feds drug them guys over the coals.

In theory it can't go outside state lines.

In reality it's still an illegal suppressor at the Federal level so that's that.

It will pass but I don’t for see it being able to go out of state lines and be legal. Now living in Texas you prob won’t have a problem. Also don’t see internet sale being available either.
