"text me I am interested."

I don't text or that hash thing or tweet or twitter thing. I have never played a video game except Pong and Packman at the bar many years ago..I pm until all agreements have been made, I like the records all in one place..I do ask for a phone number after all is documented, just before the meet..Just encase their is an emergency, or something...

If someone has a lot of all positive feedback I will text. It's quicker. New people, nope. But I also close my threads so I don't get those messages, also so there is no confusion as to if my item is still for sale. Most of my sales are run of the mill, and I try to be flexible and understanding. If a guy has 70 positives, no negatives and no neutrals, the odds of me being the first unmanageable problem are near zero.

I used to have a boss that would do that. Email or text just saying "Call me." Really? What a waste of time, if you want to talk just call me.

We get to review of lot of internal emails from major companies. We joke about the not uncommon emails in a chain of 20 emails "call me so we can discuss" - code for "we need to talk about something so hot, I'm not putting it in writing"

I have decided that text is ok but we wiil pm the agreed upon terms before the meet. To put it in "the record".

I just wait until the deal is made, then send one PM, "so o.k. we are meeting @ o'clock @ location and the deal is $$$$ for xyz. If there's no response, it's a deal.
