I'd order a new barrel myself but it's personal opinion. I'm sure it would be safe to shot. Now, is it going to be minute of angle or minute of barn.


Agreed. A new barrel is in order. In the future seek guidance, here or elsewhere, if you the least bit unsure of what you are doing. Lots of good advice here that has helped me in the past. Could save you some bucks!
 
Good on your for recognizing the squib round and not stacking another behind it!

When possible drive the round from the breech to muzzle end. Unless it's half-inch from breech, then push it the shortest route.

I've used a cleaning rod before. Try to use a metal softer than steel (brass/aluminum).

Your decision whether to shoot it again. I'd buy a new barrel personally.
