Making a burger? Not a casserole, meat sauce, or tacos i am talking burger...

Not a fan of preblended, prepackaged anything but these are so #%$!ing good I need to share.

Made from a blend of brisket and chuck 25% fat ....

MAKE SURE IT IS THE SIGNATURE BLEND ..
When this stuff goes on sale buy a 4 pack *yes they are preformed patties and pan fry them up with some garlic on a well season iron skillet...

If you have found any burger meat this good let me know ..

Ground up about 15 pounds of brisket trimmings from the past year with about 20 pounds of stew meat i got from a quarter cow last week. It took me about 4 hours to grind and vac seal. But man is it some good ground beef.

I will have to check these pre mades out. I will generally walk right by a Bubba burger and get a hot dog. Would like to find a decent pre made

Schweid is actually good quality for pre-made. They have several different blends, but the brisket/chuck the OP mentioned is really good. I grill them med rare pink and they're delicious.

I'll mention that once or twice a year I make Elk burgers. Elk is so lean, you have to do a 50/50 blend with 25% fat beef. They're a nice change of pace and delicious.
 
Haven't had a good hamburger, steak since having Covid. Wife buys these premade burgers and i can't stand them, she love them. Don't know what blend they are but I told her to buy the SIGNATURE BLEND next time. I did have Bubba burgers last night and that was the best burger iv'e had since Covid.
