The answer to cold weather is....

steaming hot Goulash. Made a potful today; and it hit the spot. Would have been better if I wasn't too lazy to make cornbread. Maybe tomorrow with leftovers.

Naw man, the spices make all the difference...good quality sweet Hungarian paprika makes all the difference.

Yep, cooler weather calls for veggie beef soup, 15 bean soup, and beef stew dinners.
Had crock pot bbq short ribs with mashed taters last night.
