Run it the way you like it, but do try to keep add ons as functional pieces that you actually intend to use or it will look silly.

I just feel like an AK with rails and an AR stock wants to be an AR not an AK.

I completely agree with you. The only reason I went with the quad was for the afg, It helps with the control of the weapon. Lol not planning on adding a piece to every open rail!

For what it's worth...once you put a stock on it, especially an AR six position, you are going to be surprised at how long it is....practically the same length as a Yugo underfolder.
