Butcher paper or foil? I foil mine, is there a difference?A.C. Leggs dry rub the night before and took it out and get it to room temp about 1 hr before putting it on the smoker. Then 240 about 5 hrs. using apple juice and then wrap and smoke about 4 hrs. Took it out and let it rest in a cooler a couple of hours slice and serve.
