The Colony

The scenario was that the colonists were quarantined and dropped off by the Govt. In which case being stripped of guns is probably realistic. The fact they did not make bows and slingshots, some of the simplest weapons used thousands of years ago by our ancestors kinda puzzled me. In a situation involving such a disease you would think the ability to stand off and defend yourself would be very important.
The smokehouse built of OSB when they had so many empty brick buildings was laughable.
I watched a couple of episodes and found I had better things to do with my time.

Yeah It makes you wonder what type of contracts they have to sign to be on the show. You know the whole I will not kill or mutilate intruders type of thing. And heck a sharp stick is better than how these guys defend themselves. I won't be watching anymore either.

Yeah, pretty sure it is all a front. Dude's alcohol distillery is pretty awesome though

Like Survivor why not let you just live alone and get rid of the rest in various ways.One person wins.The Colony ain't where its at in terms of survival.

I stopped watching mid-way through the first season. Sounds like I am not missing anything.
