the comcast death rattle

Props to you for being able to decipher the Tagalog they try to pass off as English. That's probably one of the main culprits of the ridiculous call times I always experienced with them. Once again, loud and proud...**** Comcast.
their furtive billing is impressive

but its not the worst i have seen. i think atlanta medical center takes the cake for the best "what in the **** are my charges?".

thats my job, i request medical and billing records all day, solely for the purpose of tallying charges and preparing subrogation

you have not visited hell until you try and get a clear answer from the social security benefits phone line on the behalf of a deaf client with a room temperature IQ

Personally have not had problems with comcast. Internet is always up, and fast, and the x1 box os an awesome dvr. I love that i can speak into the remote to find what I want.

I have had issues with their billing, and packages can be frustrating. Overall it has been a decent deal.

You're getting ****ed...you just don't feel it yet.

Sounds like accounting.

I hated that class with a passion. I couldn't imagine doing that kind of work for a living. God bless people who can-but I sure never could..... I just don't have the patience..... I remember trying to work through a balance sheet to locate an error and just being all "**** it-I don't care where the **** the $53 went." The math was not hard-but the details were impossible for me to remember "well, it's a debit here, but a credit here, but that depends on whether it is an SEC statement, or a tax issue for the state, or one for the feds, or an investor prospectus, or a recharacterization, or whatever" and by that time, I would be all "**** it-I don't give a ****..... I HATE accounting!"

My brain is definitely not wired that way-I would be the world's very worst accountant-ever!

its not that bad, mostly its just money in= money out

but alot of folks like to try and be sneaky, that is for sure

I've been on their chat at least a half a dozen times in the past year with internet related issues. Each time I sign off with, "I can't wait until Google Fiber is available".

You can't get ATT gigapower yet? The infrastructure is there. 1 gig/sec. Google still a ways out.

Comcast was a great company to work for but I can see where some customers would have issue with their service.

Funny thing is most of the bad service is due to ingress from dumbass ****ing idiots adding their own lines into the systems in their homes. One cheap radio shack splitter can **** up a whole block/neighborhood.
That's BS man, ppl. have been doin that since the dam 80's....never had any problems what so ever till all the companies came out competing with each other.
