You can emphasize how easy and inexpensive the repair would be by adding an "all you need to do" statement followed by how you are never home or you would have simply done it yourself. This is recommended because it will increase the item's value in relation to to similar undamaged items during a cell or sail.

I digress but this is my favorite from CL car ads, which reads "was running, all it needs is [insert part] which is an easy [insert small amount of $$] fix" When I'm bored, I like to respond to ad, "so if I give you [small amount of $$] you will fix it?" ... get some REAL interesting responses to that.
